Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist in the United States to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with applicable regulations. You will audit payroll data, research discrepancies, and provide strong service to employees, managers, and partners.

Qualifications include 2+ years in payroll or related fields, and experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, JD Edwards, or similar systems; strong Excel and confidentiality skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of payroll, accounting, finance, or related experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, JD Edwards (E1), Construction Monkey, or similar payroll systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned payrolls accurately and on schedule.
• Process payroll changes including hires, terminations, tax withholdings, direct deposit, and deductions.
• Prepare manual checks and off-cycle payroll adjustments as needed.
