Job summary

The position emphasizes on-boarding/off-boarding payroll tasks, data integrity, and reporting. A background check is required, and Alaska Native Corporation familiarity is a plus for the team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense a plus.
• Alaska Native Corporation familiarity is a plus.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• On-board new hires and off-board terminations as it relates to payroll.
• Update employee records for taxes and direct deposit.
• Review timekeeping records for compliance.
• Load Deltek Time & Expense and ADP timecard data into Costpoint labor batch and reconcile.
• Add earnings/allowances in Costpoint as needed.
• Load Labor file from Costpoint into ADP to process payroll.
• Process immediate pays for terminated employees.
• Download and store post ADP payroll reports.
• Prepare and post payroll reports (e.g., 401k and net pay reports).
• Respond to employees' payroll questions.
• Process/adjust leave accruals in Costpoint.
• Other duties as assigned.
