Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Ability to pass an employment background check.
• Experience with ADP Time and Attendance preferred.
• Experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) or government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and off-board terminated employees for payroll.
• Update employees’ records for taxes, direct deposit, etc.
• Review timekeeping records for compliance.
• Load Deltek T&E and ADP timecard data into Costpoint Accounting labor batch and reconcile.
• Process payroll adjustments and immediate pays as needed.
• Respond to employees’ questions regarding timesheet or pay.
