Responsibilities

• Processes weekly and bi-weekly payrolls accurately and timely.
• Reviews timecards for completeness and compliance before entry.
• Handles salary adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and PTO.
• Contacts managers for corrections or missing payroll data.
• Completes payroll process for supervisory review.
• Prepares required payroll reporting.
• Distributes paychecks and payroll-related documents.
• Updates payroll files and databases for personnel changes.
• Researches discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains electronic time-keeping system; trains staff as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
