Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. in Juneau, Alaska, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to maintain employee records, audit timecards, and process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payrolls using ADP and Costpoint.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding related to payroll, update tax and direct deposit details, run standard and custom payroll reports, and respond to employee questions, contributing to accurate, timely compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP and Costpoint is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper onboarding and off-boarding for payroll.
• Audit and update employee records (taxes, direct deposit).
• Load and reconcile timekeeping data in Costpoint and ADP.
• Process payroll for weekly and bi-weekly multi-state cycles.
