Job summary

Daifuku Automotive America Corporation in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking an entry-level Payroll Specialist to learn and perform timely processing for 400+ employees on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cycles under the Payroll Supervisor.

Requirements include an Associate degree in Accounting or Business, 3–5 years payroll experience (ADP WorkforceNow preferred), strong Excel skills and the ability to work well in a team with good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible payroll processing experience.
• ADP WorkforceNow experience preferred.
• Strong background in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for domestic, multi-state operations for 400+ employees weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax withholdings and other deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports for audits.
