Job summary

Daifuku Automotive America Corporation is seeking an entry-level Payroll Specialist in Reynoldsburg, OH. The role involves processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for 400+ employees across multiple locations, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with tax and benefits deductions.

You will enter journal entries, prepare reconciliations, provide GL support, and generate payroll reports. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are required, with experience in ADP WorkforceNow

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible payroll processing experience.
• Must have strong Excel skills and payroll systems knowledge.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow or similar payroll systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for domestic, multi-location operations (400+ employees).
• Enter journal entries, reconcile accounts and maintain payroll records.
• Ensure accurate withholding of taxes, benefits deductions and contributions.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist in accounting close processes.
• Provide payroll data and ad hoc analyses to management.
