Job summary

Daifuku Automotive America Corporation, Reynoldsburg, OH, is seeking an entry level Payroll Specialist to support 400+ employees across locations with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing.

You will enter journal entries, maintain payroll records, and reconcile General Ledger accounts. Proficiency in Excel and ADP WorkforceNow experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong Excel skills and payroll reporting experience.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow preferred.
• Ability to work with multiple locations and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for domestic, multi-state operations weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.
• Enter journal entries and support General Ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure taxes and withholdings are correct.
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to inquiries from employees and regulators.
• Assist in monthly accounting close and internal controls.
