Job summary

Daifuku Automotive America Corporation is seeking an entry-level Payroll Specialist in Reynoldsburg, OH to learn and manage the timely payroll processing for 400+ employees across multiple pay cycles. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile timecards, and maintain payroll records under supervision.

Key qualifications include an Associates degree in Accounting or Business, 3–5 years of payroll experience, and strong Excel skills. ADP WorkforceNow experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or Business preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience recommended.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow or similar payroll systems is preferred; strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple locations and pay cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure tax withholdings are correct.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and post journal entries.
• Coordinate with HR and treasury on deductions and benefit contributions.
• Support internal audits, SOX/JSOX compliance, and regulatory reporting.
