Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience required.
• Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.
• Kronos Timekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll taxes and benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process US biweekly and weekly payroll for employees.
• Apply state payroll laws and generate reports for management.
• Reconcile payroll on a biweekly and weekly basis.
• Maintain payroll entries: direct deposits, taxes and deductions.
• Process manual checks and ACH transfers as needed.
• Assist with audits, year-end processes and reconciliations.
