Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least five years of payroll operations experience, ideally in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, timekeeping, compliance, and audit processes.
• Experience with payroll systems, enhancements, integrations, testing and reporting.
• Advanced analytical skills in Excel and Power BI for reporting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations and resolve escalations with timely, accurate actions.
• Support payroll systems upgrades, integrations, testing, and implementations.
• Maintain controls, compliance procedures, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate reporting, reconciliations, and audit support with Finance and Tax.
• Identify process improvements and automate repetitive tasks to boost accuracy.
• Support system implementations and project changes across the organization.
• Analyze payroll metrics with Excel/Power BI to drive data-driven decisions.
• Monitor SLAs and vendor performance; report risks and improvements to leadership.
• Collaborate across Payroll and Timekeeping teams; provide training and guidance.
