Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of payroll experience, an associate degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience; multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems and reporting tools; Workday experience preferred.
• Knowledge of garnishments, tax levies, and wage attachments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately and timely for all employees.
• Review time sheets and audit timekeeping for accuracy.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports in Workday.
• Audit payroll processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage garnishments and year-end payroll activities.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
