Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Workday and payroll reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately and timely for all employees.
• Review time sheets and audit timekeeping records for accuracy.
• Generate, review, and analyze payroll-related reports in Workday.
• Audit payroll transactions and processes to resolve discrepancies.
• Support weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles.
• Partner with HR on payroll-related activities including leave, benefits, and audits.
• Manage wage attachments and garnishments including child support orders and tax levies.
• Monitor payroll inbox inquiries and provide timely support to employees and managers.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities including W-2s, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Reconcile payroll taxes and assist with filings and related audits.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Establish positive relationships with employees, managers, and partners.
• Assist with State Agency tax notices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
