Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and wage/hour compliance.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Manager and ADP eTime.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states.
• Manage Canada payroll for a small population with CPP/EI and T4 reporting.
• Oversee timekeeping in ADP eTime and ensure accurate pay rules and approvals.
