Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for 1500+ employees across multiple sites. You will gather data, enter into ADP, audit batches and ensure accurate payments.

The role emphasizes compliance with FLSA and IRS/state guidelines, running reports, maintaining records, and collaborating with the Controller and General Manager. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with a focus on exceptional employee service.

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll experience for 500+ employees in automotive multi-site settings.
• Strong knowledge of IRS, state, and federal payroll guidelines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Interpersonal skills in diverse environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems.
• Familiarity with dealership systems like Tekion, CDK, Reynolds.
• Ability to multitask and handle demanding situations.
• Collaborative with dealership staff and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and input payroll data from timesheets and reports into the ADP system weekly.
• Calculate and record voluntary payroll deductions.
• Process requests for manual checks and adjustments.
• Administer wage garnishments and follow-up with vendors.
• Review, verify and balance payroll batches for accuracy.
• Post payroll information to General Ledger and vendors.
• Maintain PTO and vacation records weekly, monthly and annually.
• Keep employee records accurate and organized.
• Create standard and adhoc HRIS reports for departments.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll guidelines (FLSA).
• Provide payroll support to employees and address questions.
