The successful candidate will manage weekly and biweekly payroll operations, verify time records, maintain records, and ensure compliance with wage laws. Collaboration with HR and Accounting is essential to keep employee data accurate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience handling payroll for a high-volume workforce.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax withholdings, and wage laws.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across multiple locations.
• Review and verify time records, attendance data, and payroll adjustments.
• Enter and maintain payroll information for new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Ensure accurate calculations for wages, overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
• Assist with payroll tax reporting and compliance requirements.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and assist with month-end closing.
