The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong Excel skills within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of payroll experience and familiarity with CDK, Paylocity, or DMS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Strong math, accounting, and analytical skills
• CDK, Paylocity, or DMS experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Process and calculate hourly, salaried, technician, and commission-based payroll.
• Calculate commissions, bonuses, guarantees, and technician compensation.
• Review hours, deductions, attendance, and payroll adjustments for accuracy.
• Maintain and update Excel payroll workbooks.
• Reconcile payroll schedules and accounts.
• Post payroll, accruals, and related transactions to the General Ledger.
• Calculate technician and hourly payroll accruals.
• Respond to employee and management payroll questions.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and related HR functions.
• Maintain confidential payroll and employee information.
