Job summary

Bright Minds is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a manufacturing, distribution, and logistics environment in the Cincinnati area. You’ll own key weekly payroll processes, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and with proper deductions, while coordinating with HR, Finance, and the payroll vendor.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and ADP Workforce Now expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing weekly payroll for hourly manufacturing/distribution workforce.
• ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of overtime, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments.
• Strong Excel skills for payroll data, reports, reconciliations.
• Experience with timekeeping systems and timesheets.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local payroll requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as payroll resource.

Responsibilities

• Process wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, garnishments weekly.
• Maintain timekeeping data and payroll records.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance; liaise with payroll vendor for issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
