Qualifications

• 3–5 years of U.S. multi-state payroll experience.
• At least 1 year using Workday HCM & Payroll with time & attendance.
• Knowledge of U.S. state paid time off laws and wage/hour rules.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll/timekeeping systems.
• CPP, FPC or Workday certification is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. employees and support Canada; assist with Mexico payroll as needed.
• Maintain and support Time & Attendance, leave plans, accruals, and rules.
• Audit and test time off plan changes and system updates.
• Configure Workday time off and absence plans as policies change.
• Provide Workday training on timekeeping, scheduling, and approvals.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
