Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Payroll Specialist, Human Resources, for on-site work in Amana, IA (or Racine, WI or Tulsa, OK). You will support U.S. payroll, provide face-to-face support, apply local policies, and train supervisors on timesheet maintenance.

The role requires 1+ year in payroll/timekeeping, strong communication, and organizational skills; bachelor’s in progress is a plus. Benefits include generous packages and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Payroll, Timekeeping or Data Entry.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred for progression.

Responsibilities

• Compile time and attendance data from the timekeeping system for biweekly payroll.
• Perform data audit checks to ensure accuracy of payroll information.
• Collaborate with support functions to process adjustments and deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll data.
• Provide local payroll administration support and inquiry handling.
• Understand local HR policies impacting payroll.
• Prioritize requests to meet payroll deadlines.
• Participate in system testing, KPI reporting, and special projects.
