Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation seeks a Payroll Analyst to join its Global Human Resources team. This onsite role supports Whirlpool U.S. payroll activities, applying policies and processing biweekly and monthly payroll via SAP, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform audits, support HRIS enhancements, and analyze payroll trends to drive process improvements while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, HR, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of enterprise-level payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end biweekly and monthly payroll processing for Whirlpool U.S. & Canada via SAP.
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy for employee payroll records.
• Perform audits, SOX checks, data validation, and system reconciliations.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and HRIS enhancements.
• Analyze payroll data trends to identify process improvements and cost savings.
• Support payroll inquiries and ensure timely responses.
