Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join the Global HR team. You will execute biweekly and monthly payroll for Whirlpool U.S. and Canada, maintain confidentiality, and perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will support SAP and HRIS systems, analyze payroll data for improvements, assist with testing and system upgrades, and balance multiple requests to meet tight deadlines while upholding SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; FPC preferred.
• Strong communications and analytical abilities required.
• Experience with payroll systems (SAP, Dayforce, Workday) preferred.
• 2+ years of enterprise payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end biweekly and monthly payroll processing for Whirlpool U.S. & Canada.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy for payroll records.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits, SOX compliance checks, data validation, and reconciliations.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and HRIS improvements.
