The role requires 2–4 years of payroll experience, proficiency with ADP Time & Attendance and Workforce Now, and a strong focus on confidentiality and service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of payroll experience with prevailing wage knowledge.
• Experience with ADP platforms preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee database and payroll records.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll inquiries and respond to employee questions.
• Manage garnishments, 401k, and other deductions.
• Reconcile payroll with prevailing wage rates and ADP reports.
