Qualifications

• Experience translating Microsoft Dynamics complexity for a non-technical audience.
• CO work history, or strong reasons you’ll thrive here anyway.
• Familiarity with Empathy and related tools or frameworks.
• Practical command of Microsoft Dynamics, with bonus points for Variance Analysis.
• 1 year of learning when to trust the process and when to break it.
• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• The communication discipline to over-share early and trim later.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test the annual budget against three demand scenarios.
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for Baker Tilly.
• Build the junior analyst's first reconciliation checklist from scratch.
• Watch the burn rate and sound the alarm a quarter early.
• Stand up the Liquidity Management close calendar and hold every owner to it.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Translate raw numbers into clear dashboards for non-finance stakeholders.
• Build variance commentary executives actually read top to bottom.
