Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Payroll Specialist to support payroll for our growing client base. You will handle day-to-day payroll processing, including scheduled and off-cycle runs, and verify data with client-provided inputs.

Effective communication and collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations are essential. The role is on-site in Renton, WA, offering benefits and a professional, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service.
• At least one year of payroll experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes and verify data accuracy.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone calls.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and support clients.
