Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a payroll support specialist to maintain client relationships, gather payroll data, and enter information accurately on-site. You will respond to client inquiries by phone and email, meet deadlines, and learn the Auris Payroll Software and other products to support reports and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes customer service, data accuracy, and teamwork in a collaborative, on-site environment with opportunities to engage across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication via email and phone.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Accurate data entry and fast typing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain base of payroll clients and provide exceptional service via phone and email.
• Interact with clients to obtain payroll data and enter data accurately.
• Meet deadlines and respond quickly during times of high volume.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Auris Payroll Software and other products.
• Assist clients with reports and resolve issues; reach out about new products.
• Develop relationships with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
