Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support payroll fulfillment and distribution activities on-site in California. You will handle packaging, shipping, inventory, and data entry while coordinating with payroll specialists and vendors to ensure timely client deliveries.

The role requires strong organization, ability to work under time pressure, and proficiency in Windows and G Suite tools. A valid driver license is required for on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with ability to focus on numerical data.
• Ability to read and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet schedules.
• Ability to multi-task – interact with Payroll Specialists, vendors, clients.
• Proficient in Windows PC environment with data entry/keyboarding skills.
• Proficient with G Suite (Sheets, Mail, Docs, Chat).
• Must have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Accurately compiles and packages client payrolls, reports and materials.
• Coordinate delivery via USPS, FedEx, couriers to meet deadlines.
• Sort, package and ship payroll mail to 15,000 clients.
• Assist in sorting and shipping sensitive tax documents.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed.
• Ensure daily distribution tracking is complete and reported.
