Job summary

Acrisure, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support payroll clients on-site in Oklahoma City. You will maintain client bases, gather payroll data, enter information accurately, respond to inquiries, and assist with reports and product information.

The role emphasizes timely communication, teamwork, and ongoing knowledge of payroll software and related products. The team collaborates cross-functionally to ensure a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and professional with strong email/phone communication.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, collaborative and able to resolve conflicts.
• Proactive problem solver and critical thinker.
• Accurate and fast data entry skills; proficient in Google Suite.
