Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Payroll Support professional to provide direct payroll client consulting and accurate processing for ADP-based payroll clients in a fast-paced environment.

Under supervision, you will manage client relationships, ensure data accuracy, process payrolls, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to expand services while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with payroll laws.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented with accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment for multiple clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional with all levels.
• Willingness to learn new technology and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients under supervision.
• Independently manage client relationships and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls and generate reports, calculate taxes, and reconcile deposits.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and communicate clearly.
