Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a payroll client service professional to provide direct support and consulting to our payroll clients. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll practices and laws to deliver accurate information and timely service under the supervision of the Payroll Supervisor.

You will independently manage client relationships, escalate issues when needed, and support implementation teams while expanding services through quality delivery and confidentiality of employee data.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years' experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Ability to work under deadlines across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients.
• Ensure payroll information accuracy in client systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely, update records, and reconcile deposits and withholdings.
• Support implementation and provide client training on payroll processes.
• Develop knowledge and share insights with team.
