Payroll experience with ADP, Kronos, or other computerized payroll device.
The ability to communicate effectively, problem-solving and handle confidential information is required.
Strong skills with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

Process the payroll cycle: data entry, verification, transmission, and distribution of payroll reports.
Calculate and prepare manual payroll checks as needed.
Maintain payroll records and documents.
Assist with Accounts Payable documents and batch processing.
Handle garnishments and assist with tax filings.
Respond to employee and vendor inquiries.
Prepare various statistical payroll reports for internal and external use.
