Job summary

Stamford Health is seeking a Payroll Specialist to coordinate full-cycle payroll via the ADP Enterprise platform and ensure accurate processing for Stamford Hospital employees. The role requires collaboration with Human Resources and timely handling of payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities include managing wage garnishments, bonuses, and terminations, while maintaining high customer service levels and leveraging the NIST Framework to strengthen cybersecurity in payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with ADP Enterprise, ADP Reporting and UKG Time Keeping.
• Experience coordinating full-cycle payroll processes with ADP Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle payroll process for Stamford Hospital via ADP Enterprise platform.
• Upload to Comprehensive Wage Garnishment Service, Tax Liens, Support Orders.
• Create Batch Entries / Create csv file imports for Incentive, Stipend, Bonus pays.
• Confirm Standard Hours for New Hires Process Voluntary / Involuntary Termination payments.
• Run Deduction Calculation Process Create Payroll Files to Transmit to ADP.
• Cross-check entries and totals against Payroll Preview with other members of Payroll team.
• Transmit Accept Files to ADP.
• Prepare a working Payroll Analysis of weekly and biweekly earnings totals to identify trends and reconcile totals before payroll files are accepted.
• Provide cybersecurity leadership for Stamford Health’s program leveraging the NIST Framework.
