Job summary

Katz Jewish Community Center in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a Payroll Specialist to prepare, process, and reconcile bi-weekly payrolls for year-round and Medford Camp staff. You will use ADP Workforce Now, Excel, and Campminder data to ensure accurate payments and timely reporting to management.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, confidentiality, and strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reconciliation. Regular pay dates are Fridays with holiday adjustments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with seasonal or high-volume payroll cycles.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and related payroll tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll year-round for regular staff using ADP WFN.
• Ensure payroll is accurate and ready by 2:00 PM on pay dates.
• Process Camp seasonal payroll using approved rates and Campminder data.
• Distribute payroll reports to department heads and maintain confidentiality.
