Katz Jewish Community Center is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payrolls for year-round staff and the Medford Camp seasonal cycle using ADP Workforce Now. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and detailed reconciliation for management approval.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, familiarity with ADP and Excel, and the ability to handle high-volume cycles in a confidential environment. This is an on-site position supporting the JCC operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with both salaried and hourly staff preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll year-round for regular staff using ADP Workforce Now.
• Process Medford Camp seasonal payroll June–September using approved timesheets.
• Ensure payroll is accurate and ready by 2:00 PM the Tuesday before pay date.
