Responsibilities include timecard approvals, data imports, and generating payroll registers for executive review, with strict deadlines each pay period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with salaried and hourly staff.
• Experience with seasonal or high‑volume payroll cycles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bi‑weekly payroll for year‑round staff using ADP Workforce Now.
• Process Medford Camp seasonal payroll using approved timesheets.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare payroll registers for approval.
• Ensure payroll is ready to process by 2:00 PM on pay dates.
