Katz Jewish Community Center in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payrolls for year-round staff and the Medford Camp season using ADP Workforce Now.

You will email reminders, reconcile data in Excel, import data, maintain confidentiality, and ensure payroll is ready by 2:00 PM on pay dates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with salaried and hourly staff.
• Experience with seasonal/high-volume payroll cycles preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP WFN and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll year-round for all regular staff using ADP Workforce Now.
• Email reminders to Reporting Managers to approve PTO and timecards.
• Perform Excel manipulation of staff hours and import into ADP WFN via CSV.
• Incorporate manual adjustments provided by HR.
• Prepare payroll registers and ensure timely processing by 2:00 PM on pay date.
