Job summary

firstPRO, Inc is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a growing organization on site in Ambler, PA. You will manage ADP payroll for about 50 employees and support onboarding, benefits tracking, and 401(k) information.

You will also assist with billing and Accounts Payable while collaborating closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on ADP experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes.
• Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
