Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, UKG, Workday, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, biweekly, or semimonthly payroll for employees.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Review timesheets and payroll data for accuracy.
• Handle payroll deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings.
• Respond to employee payroll-related questions.
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
