Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Vista Viewpoint payroll system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timesheets approved and processed accurately.
• Prepare monthly union reporting and compliance tasks.
• Input and manage data in Vista Viewpoint payroll system.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate employee records.
• Assist HR in onboarding, documentation and badging.
• Support with ad hoc payroll-related projects.
