Responsibilities include reviewing time sheets, adjustments for benefits, onboarding new hires, processing terminations, enrolling in ADP Paycard, and supporting audits and payroll reporting across US locations.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll and related benefits in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with ADP paycard program and related compliance.
• Strong attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Reviews time sheets and related paperwork for accuracy and hours worked.
• Make payroll adjustments and manage payroll-related benefits including vacation and sick days.
• Process terminations and final payments following state guidelines.
• Onboard new hires and payroll changes promptly with high accuracy.
• Enroll employees in ADP Paycard and resolve related issues.
• Process off-cycle payments with manual checks or ADP funding.
• Support auditing of preview payroll reports and maintain employee files.
• Handle garnishments, tax levies or other withholdings using ADP tools.
• Create, run, and upload payroll reports as needed.
• Respond to employment verifications per policy; interact with all levels of management.
• Assist audits with payroll data and participate in internal/external projects.
• Answer payroll inquiries via phone and email; maintain professionalism.
