Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and tax documents.
• Familiarity with ACA and PBJ reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for financial tasks.
• HIPAA compliance and handling PHI with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process, enter, and balance payroll for assigned clients accurately.
• Ensure ACA and PBJ reporting in a timely, accurate manner.
• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax documents (941, withholdings, SUTA, FUTA, W-2s).
• Maintain professional client relationships and escalate issues as needed.
• Utilize BCG Chart of Accounts and Wellsky payroll codes regularly.
• Handle additional projects and duties as assigned.
