Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a Payroll Associate to ensure accurate processing of time records and pay for all employees in our Bucks County area. You will collect data, calculate hours worked, and help resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will assist with exemptions, direct deposit forms, 401(k) changes, and respond to employee questions about their pay. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to collect, calculate and enter payroll data accurately.
• Experience handling exemptions, direct deposit and 401K changes.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to questions.

Responsibilities
