Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a skilled payroll professional to manage processing for employees across multiple states. The role requires accuracy in wage calculations, tax withholding, and benefits administration, with responsibilities spanning audits and year-end activities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in payroll, experience with UKG or Workday, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. A comprehensive benefits package is included along with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees across multiple states and locations.
• Ensure accurate calculations of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions and taxes.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage payroll deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports.
• Support audits and year-end payroll activities.
• Maintain employee payroll records and confidentiality.
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Recommend improvements to payroll procedures and systems.

*Starting from $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually plus additional incentives*

• The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc.
