• Reconcile payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll changes, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Support W-2 processing, year-end activities, and payroll audits.

This individual will be responsible for accurate and timely biweekly, multi-state payroll processing using ADP. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payroll compliance and reconciliations.
