You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll cycle, from data entry and verification to tax calculations and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring all employee data is correct.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Manage new hire onboarding for payroll, including setting up new employees in the system.
• Process terminations, including final pay calculations and documentation.
• Handle employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other required reports to government agencies.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
