Qualifications

• National Diploma in Payroll Management, HR, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll administration experience.
• Proficiency with payroll software (VIP Payroll, Sage) and HRIS.
• Strong understanding of South African payroll laws and payroll tax.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist employees.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage full-cycle payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with SA payroll legislation including PAYE, UIF, and SDL.
• Maintain employee data in the payroll system, including new hires and terminations.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and departments.
