Job summary

Creative Technology UK is seeking a Payroll Specialist to partner with the Payroll Manager and support payroll and HR operations across the United States and Canada. You will help maintain payroll accuracy, ensure compliance, assist employees, and support the HR team in delivering an exceptional employee experience.

You will process multi-country payrolls, manage time/attendance in ADP Workforce Now, and handle payroll reports and month-end documentation while contributing to onboarding and HR

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred, not required.
  • Working knowledge of payroll regulations, employment laws, and payroll tax requirements.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • HR experience is a plus.

  • Prepare payroll reports, journal entries and month-end payroll documentation.
  • Support onboarding by processing new hire documentation.
  • Administer the Corporate Credit Card Program and Concur Expense Management.
  • Respond to employee payroll and HR inquiries professionally and accurately.
  • Assist with HR reporting and office administration as needed.

You'll play a critical role in maintaining payroll accuracy, ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping our HR team deliver an exceptional employee experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, wage, and employment regulations.
  • Process payroll imports, garnishments, tax documents, unemployment notices, and payroll adjustments.
  • Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and month-end payroll support documentation.
  • Support onboarding by processing new hire documentation.
  • Administer the Corporate Credit Card Program and Concur Expense Management.
  • Respond to employee payroll and HR inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
