Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a Payroll Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on processing payroll accurately and on time while complying with federal and state regulations.

You will manage multiple payrolls weekly and bi-weekly, ensuring contract obligations and CBAs are met, withoversight of deductions and bonuses. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience; a College Degree and experience with UKG/Kronos are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience with UKG or Kronos timekeeping system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with government regulations as a Payroll Specialist.
• Manage and oversee the processing of multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring full compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and contractual obligations.
• Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing while strictly adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of payroll issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy as a Payroll Specialist.
• Collaborate effectively with HRIS to maintain system integrity and ensure compliance during payroll setup and updates.
• Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to team members, facilitating local training sessions as needed to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Oversee and manage salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll accounting, including processing of final checks for separations.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

• Experience with UKG or Kronos Timekeeping System
