Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking an Associate III to manage bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple facilities using ADP WFN, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will maintain payroll records, respond to inquiries, generate Excel reports with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and collaborate with HR and Accounting on year-end tasks including W-2 processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Job Type: Full-Time | Associate III

Department: Finance & Accounting

Reports To: Senior Payroll Manager

What You’ll Do

• Process bi-weekly payroll for employees using ADP WFN
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, deductions
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in accordance with payroll regulations.
• Handle payroll customer service inquiries from employees in the field as well as management across multiple facilities
• Prepare and submit payroll reports (Excel- Vlookup & Pivot Tables highly preferred)
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and projects, including W-2 preparation and distribution.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP + Pivot Table required)
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
