Job summary

Acrisure Great Lakes Partners Insurance Services, LLC seeks a payroll support specialist to maintain client relationships, gather payroll data, and process entries accurately. You will meet deadlines, respond to inquiries, and stay current with payroll software and related products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer-facing role.
• Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills, especially via email and phone.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, able to resolve conflicts.
• Proactive problem solver and critical thinker.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Accurate and fast data entry and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask.
